FAQ Shipping and Delivery
Q: I would like to place an order. How do i do that?
To place a delivery or mail order, please register for an account here. Please note that you must upload 2 photos. One of yourself holding your ID, and another of just the ID both in a well lit room in order for us to verify your account. We will contact you once your account is verified.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash and E-Transfers.
For cash payments, you will give the cash to the driver when he/she meets you. For safety reasons the driver cannot hand you the product before payment is received.
For E-transfers, you can text a rep at (647) 491-5800 and they will give you our email address for E-transfers. Please note that we charge a 6% FEE for E-transfers.
- Minimum order for free local delivery is $60.00.
Simply place an order and one of our delivery drivers will then contact you via Text message to arrange a timely delivery. **Please have exact change as our drivers do not hold excess cash!**
After you've been verified, you can place an order through here or by text. We will confirm with you from the number (647) 491-5800. All Payments are made by E-transfer (with no fee) for mail delivery. Once confirmed we will send you a tracking number
We offer 2 kinds of shipping Domestic Mail Orders:
Orders UNDER $100:
- Regular parcel (4-8 business days) $20
- Xpresspost (2-4 days business days) $40
Orders OVER $100:
- Regular Parcel (4-8 business days) FREE
- Xpresspost (2-4 business days) $20
